Mobile apps (Android & iOS)
When a phone browser will not let you set a custom default engine, Neuji's native apps give you a fast, first-class way to search.
Neuji for Android (app + widget)
The Neuji Android app is a lightweight search launcher: type a query and it opens your Neuji results in your
browser (so your signed-in neuji.com session applies). It includes:
- A home-screen search widget — search Neuji without opening a browser first.
- Sign in and Manage account shortcuts, so results reflect your subscription.
- Region (US / UK), safe-search, and theme settings.
- A "Make Neuji your search" helper that opens Android's default-apps screen.
Make it a default app
Android lets you set Neuji as a default handler for web searches and shared/selected text. In the app, open Settings → Make Neuji your search → Open default-apps settings, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Default apps. After that, when Android asks who should handle a web search or selected text, you can pick Neuji.
iPhone & iPad
iOS does not have a separate Neuji search app. On Apple devices, Neuji for Safari is the way to search Neuji from the system browser. It redirects Safari's searches to Neuji (a mandatory throwaway-engine step is involved). See Safari (Mac, iPhone & iPad).
