Manage billing
Your card, invoices, receipts, and cancellation are handled in the Stripe customer portal — Stripe is Neuji's payment processor, and the portal is the secure, self-serve place to manage the payment side of your account.
Open the portal
Go to Settings → Billing → Membership → Manage billing (also on your account page) and click Manage billing. You are taken to Stripe's hosted portal, then returned to Neuji when you are done.
In the portal you can:
- Update your payment method — change the card on file for your membership.
- View and download invoices and receipts — your full billing history.
- Cancel your membership — see below.
Cancel your membership
Cancel from the portal. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access through the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Until then, the credits screen shows the date your access runs until rather than the next renewal date.
Buying credits and codes
Buying API credits and redeeming promo codes are done on the Neuji credits screen, not in the Stripe portal — though a credit purchase is itself processed by Stripe at checkout. Each credit purchase and reload appears in your credit activity, and the matching Stripe receipt appears among your invoices in the portal.
